Over 30 years ago, the business was founded right here in South San Francisco with one simple goal: give local drivers a reliable, honest, and skilled auto glass shop they could call their own.
Back then, the Bay Area was already growing fast. Commuters were logging long hours on the 101, the 280, and the local streets that connect this community. Cracked windshields, broken side windows, and chipped glass were a daily reality, and too many drivers were being overcharged, underserved, or left waiting days just to get back on the road safely.
“We believed then, and we still believe now, that no one should have to choose between their safety and their budget. Auto glass repair shouldn’t be a headache. We built this business to take that headache away.” AJ’s Mobile Auto Glass Specialist Team
That founding philosophy shaped everything: how we hire, how we work, and how we treat every single customer who calls us. Thirty years later, it still does.
Most auto glass shops ask you to come to them. At AJ’s Mobile Auto Glass Specialist, we’ve always flipped that model. Our mobile service means we bring professional-grade auto glass repair and replacement directly to your home, office, or wherever your vehicle is parked — on your schedule, not ours.
This isn’t a workaround. It’s our core service model, refined over three decades. Our technicians arrive fully equipped, work efficiently, and leave your vehicle, and your day, intact. No tow trucks. No waiting rooms. No wasted afternoons.
We use high-quality replacement glass that meets or exceeds manufacturer standards for safety and fit.
Most repairs and replacements are completed same-day. We know your time is valuable.
Deep knowledge of South San Francisco roads, vehicles, and the community we serve every day.
No hidden fees. No upsell pressure. You’ll know exactly what it costs before we start.
As South San Francisco’s dedicated auto glass shop, we handle every type of auto glass issue, from a small rock chip on your morning commute to a full windshield replacement after a collision. Our technicians are trained, experienced, and equipped to handle all makes and models.
Whether you need a quick auto glass repair service or a full replacement on a late-model vehicle with ADAS sensors, our team has the skills and equipment to get the job done right the first time.
